ANDREA DOMENICI

Andrea Domenici is a finalist in the Jacksonville Jazz Piano Competition 2023, Juilliard Graduate and played with some of the most renowned contemporary jazz artists such as Wynton Marsalis, Roy Hargrove, Kenny Washington, Peter Bernstein ...Originally from Italy, he moved to NY in 2012 where he performed in the most prestigious venues of New York City such as Jazz at Lincoln Center, Dizzy’s Club Coca Cola, Smalls, Mezzrow, Smoke Jazz Club, Zinc Bar, Peter Jay Sharp Theater... Andrea Domenici has played all over the world. In 2017 he played at the "Festival Internacional de Musica" in Cancun, Mexico. Andrea Domenici was also called to do a week residency at the prestigious Marrians Jazzroom in Bern with The David Adewumi’s Quartet.In 2018, Domenici released his first album as a leader entitled “Playing Who I am” which features Peter Washington on bass and Billy Drummond on drums.Andrea Domenici has been the house pianist at Casa Cipriani till 2022 where he performed 5 nights a week.He is currently performing solo piano 4 nights a week at the refined Italian restaurant Cucina 8 1/2 on 57th street.
